1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Description

ServiceForce Pro provides residential and commercial pressure washing services in the Halifax Regional Municipality, including but not limited to:

  • Driveway and walkway cleaning
  • Vinyl siding washing
  • Deck and patio restoration
  • Fence cleaning
  • Pre-painting surface preparation
  • Commercial property maintenance

Service availability and specific offerings may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors.

3. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Services are scheduled by appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive during the scheduled time window. Weather conditions may require rescheduling of outdoor services.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided through quotes based on property assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.

5. Property Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to water supply and electrical outlets if needed
  • Removing or securing fragile items, decorations, and outdoor furniture from work areas
  • Notifying us of any special concerns, delicate surfaces, or areas to avoid
  • Ensuring pets are secured away from work areas

We will take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and property, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

6. Liability and Warranties

We maintain appropriate liability insurance for our business operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration not visible during initial assessment
  • Damage to surfaces that are already compromised or in poor condition
  • Results affected by factors beyond our control (weather, surface age, prior damage)
  • Consequential or indirect damages

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, as effectiveness depends on surface condition, stain type, and other variables. We will use professional judgment and appropriate techniques for each situation.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about property conditions and service needs
  • Disclose any known hazards, damage, or special requirements
  • Ensure legal authority to authorize services at the property
  • Maintain safe access to work areas
  • Pay for services as agreed

8. Intellectual Property
